Your responsibilities

• Responsible for all Quality site managers and their team. In terms of a matrix organization, management is based on functions. This includes all Quality functions that are available at the locations
• Responsible for the QKAMs (Quality Key Accounts), which are the direct counterparts of the OEM Quality engineers
• Responsible for supplier quality including Incoming inspection IQC
• Responsible for shopfloor quality (internal defects, QRQC)
• Support continuous improvement of our internal Quality Management System
• Define and generate key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics and keep oversight and control on performance and efficiency of processes
• Responsible for 0-mileage claim management

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in the field (familiar with quality control, Reverse FMEA,IATF, VDA6.3, VDA6.5, LPA auditing, Yokoten / continous improvement, IQC / OQC, Shopfloor quality management, OEM knowledge)
• Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or comparable education in the field of Quality (Automotive)
• Excellent coordination, communication, coaching and mentoring skills
• English mandatory proficiency
• German will be an advantage
• French will be an advantage
• High Level of self-organisation and analytical working methods
