Your responsibilities
- You lead and drive the HR function in France and as a business partner ensure that people topics are an integral part of thyssenkrupp System Engineering France business strategy: You will personally consult with the General Manager France in HR related topics, develop, implement and monitor HR budget
- The function is part of the Global HR team of the Business Unit System Engineering and enhances and monitors the implementation of HR-related policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance with HR strategy, group policies and government regulations
- You oversee recruitment and staffing and establish processes that guarantee enough suitable candidates for growth of the company
- It is your responsibility to allocate resources to efficiently manage learning/training requirements and develop and deliver management training programs
- You improve the compensation and benefit system according to the HR strategy and monitor compensation and benefit system operations
- You are responsible for creating a good working environment for employees and an oversee employee relationship program and handle key employee issues
- You manage and develop HR employees, review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports
Your profile
- You hold at least a bachelor degree in the relevant discipline, a master in HR or business is highly desired
- You have at least 15 years of human resource experience in manufacturing industry (OEM, car supplier industry, plant technology or related engineer driven industry) Fluent in English and French
- Strong understanding of the business, preferable in a group company, in order to apply change management and organizational design and development Deep understanding of the French labor law
- Experience with recruiting and qualification programs in production & engineering and employee development highly desirable.
- Strong communicational skills, leadership skills, presentation skills, integrity and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player and service mentality
