Head of DACH Supply & Demand Planning (m/f), Frankfurt

Your Mission

• Lead the Supply & Demand Planning teams in DACH (7 people, 3 locations)
• Deliver optimal balance of service, cost and cash, together with the other DACH Supply Chain functions (CSL, FA, FB, DOH, Write-offs etc.)
• Lead the GPS process across our 3 markets in close cooperation with the Growth Board (CODI) and Growth Captains: be the process guardian, drive continuous improvement for integrated business planning feeding the DACH cluster strategic plan and the rolling forecast topline reporting on a min. 18 months horizon
• Contribute to designing the future of planning (process, systems, predictive forecasting), under the leadership of Global S&OP
• As a DACH Supply Chain leader and Growth Captain, contribute to our Winning Teams and Winning Choices strategic priorities

Your Profile

• Senior Manager with Master degree and min. 8 years of experience in FMCG industry
• Broad Operations / Supply Chain experience across multiple roles
• Successful track record of people development
• S&OP and IBP process knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and influencing skills in a multi-functional and international set-up
• Business acumen to drive clarity and facilitate management decision making
• Fluent English, with German and/or French as a plus
