Main Missions

• Implementation of customer and SAS internal Quality requirements in programs/projects until SOP +90days considering economical and departmental objectives
• Definition of quality related investment and ist application in projects and plants
• Definition, standardization, implementation and further development of internal SAS standards concerning APQP and Metrology
• Definition, standardization, implementation and further development of metrology network internal SAS and with mother companies
• Selection, training and supervision of related employees
• Plan and perform internal Run@Rates based on SAS standards
• Plan and perform PMS Gate reviews in accordance with Head of Programs
• Survey and follow up of containment and corrective actions from Gate review results in accordance with Head of Programs
• Support standardization and further development of Quality methods and techniques within SAS with respect to Q-Planning in projects
• Ensure the compliance with customer specific requirements
• Monitoring and esnureing customer satisfaction before SOP
• Responsibility for Quality in project launch teams

Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Administration or similar
• Profound experience in the field of quality and program management, ideally in automotive
• Know-how in customer requirement management
• Strong experience in quality methods (FMEA, TQM, ISO, IAFT others)
• Experience in control-planning
• Entrepreneurial mind-set with a can do attitude
• Strong Leadership experience, modern managementand communication skills, to be able to act and develop team members
• Agility to understand and adapt to Faurecia Organization
• Intercultural and open mindset with great social skills
• Six Sigma standards experience
• Fluency in English and German
• Standard PC Software knowledge (MS Office etc) and SAP
• Ideally train the trainer certification
