Missions

• Design, create, implement, and manage business intelligence solutions (e.g., PowerBI dashboards)
• Responsible for the execution of the entire reporting development cycle: requirements analysis, conception, development, test, and rollout
• Continuously monitor the performance and accuracy of the dashboards, making updates and improvements as needed
• Gather, manipulate, automate, and analyze data from different sources using advanced techniques and tools (such as Power BI and Azure) to generate insight in support of initiatives that create business impact
• Deploy best practices for Business Intelligence, data warehousing, and data governance and provide inputs that affect the functional area of responsibility
• Resolve operational issues and ensure application of data analytics tools to enhance business commitments
• Conduct day to day monitoring of trends and apply mathematics, statistics, predictive modelling, and machine learning techniques to develop and build predictive models for decision making and to optimize processes
• Develop and implement automated solutions to drive efficiencies and meet stakeholder priorities
• Improve data structures and governance to ensure the integrity and quality of the data
• Create standard operating procedures documentation to promote knowledge transfer, optimization of data management and reporting processes

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience / qualification
• Experience with PowerBI dashboard development and implementation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets
• Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization
