In a transverse context, you will act as a system engineering specialist, and more specifically as a Functional Designer and modeling expert, by applying a Model Based System Specification Approach.
The MBSE approach (Model Based System engineering) is the formalized application of modeling to support system requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation activities.
This methodology intends to describe the intended functional and logical architecture of a system or functions relying on graphical formalisms, and based on specifications.
MBSE enables to describe system architectures, interfaces and reactive behaviors (i.e. mainly focused on Control and Monitoring).
When simulated, they enable the early validation of functional sequences depending on relevant operational scenarios.
Mission
Your activity is composed of these 3 main parts:
- Contribution to R&T project, by deploying a top down approach, from operational analysis to requirements specifications
- Strong support on existing Programme, through the modeling of systems behaviors, at a deeper level of details
- Technical and commercial management of the subcontracted activities.
R&T projects:
- To support development of future A/C programmes, an operational and functional referential at A/C level is under definition.
In this frame, the following activities are realized:
Identify the A/C missions, the A/C mission phases and the operational context,
Build the Generic "Key" normal and abnormal Operational Scenarios (models):
- Identify operations and associated sequences
- Define operational interdependencies and identify external interfaces
- Build the Generic "Key" A/C Functional Architecture for nominal and degraded Operational Scenarios (models):
- Identify the A/C functions supporting the operations,
- Define functional interdependencies et identify external interfaces (logical architecture),
- Allocate functions to component (Physical architecture),
- Ensure consistencies between each step.
- Formalize the Generic "Key" Operational, Functional and Physical requirements.
Profile
You are holding an Aeronautical engineer degree, you have more 3 to 5 years experience in engineering system design, software development, modeling. You have knowledge in Matlab, rhapsody, core.
- You have experience in follow up sub-contracting activities.
- You should have an advanced level in English as well in French and a beginner level in German.
