Your Mission

• Animate the full Business Unit financial performance and monitor Risks & opportunities
• Consolidate and ensure accuracy in financial forecast
• Responsible for P&L and cash month-end closing & reporting
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of Germany & Dach business reporting
• Responsible for explaining the drivers of the periodic and YTD results
• Ensure compliance of internal control rules on the perimeter
• Lead Cash animation to ensure cash is being generated in line with targets through cash committee and working Capital Dashboard
• Developing and optimizing processes and systems to ensure effective financial operation and reporting and to optimize Business Unit performance
• A wide range of hands-on analysis and reporting

Your Profile

• University degree in business sciences or economics with an excellent result and a focus on finance/controlling
• Minimum 3/4 years of working experience in controlling in a FMCG environment
• Very good German and English language skills (spoken & written), French is a plus
• Excellent skills in MS-Office
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working, even beyond your own area of responsibility
• Strong analytical skills, with the 'right' eye for detail
• An entrepreneurial, can do 'mindset
• Very strong communication skills
