Finance Controller (m/f), Blagnac

Task and Responsabilities

• Provide financial governance and support as a trusted finance business partner for the LLP business in France
• Ensure accurate, transparent, relevant and timely months-end closing, including management controlling and reporting activities, including R12, CREST and operational data
• Manage LLP France controlling and accounting (governance) to ensure that financial transparency is delivered.
• Ensure high quality in local ERP for all relevant financials, statistics and KPIs
• Ensure timely planning and forecasting process that complies with overall LLP functional policies and procedures to support the achievement of strategic targets
  
• Provide appropriate analysis and recommendations to influence decision making process.
  
• Provide excellent financial support to operations team with start ups, projects and strategic opportunities ensuring commercial propositions are developed and implemented
• Further Responsibility with Freight Bill Audit and Payment:
  
• Manage a team of 3 to 5 people
• Evaluation of customer freight contracts providing deep insight into the financials including analysis of high volume and value of data
  
• Responsibility for the freight purchasing and sales ledger inc. PO management on Oracle and control of Open Shipments in TMS across the accounts
• Manage the delivery of accurate, complete and timely charging analysis to the customer as well as query resolution
  
• Ensure all entries to balance sheet primes under our control stand up to scrutiny and have back up
  

Profile

• More than 8 years of experience
• Relationship or experience of managing complex projects and accounts for a large business unit
• Solid Finance knowledge with strong commercial understanding
• Knowledge and experience with months-end closing, reporting, financial analysis and simulations as well as planning and forecasting
• Knowledge in deals and contracts
• English and French speaker mandatory (use of German of Spanish could be a plus)
