Duties and main responsabilities

As Field Coach Trainer for an area within EMEA and under the responsibility of the Key Account Manager, your main missions and responsibilities will be the below:

  • Develop and adapt product training tools (Fragrance, Makeup, Skincare) according to the country and the business strategy
  • Create and animate training and coaching workshops for the Beauty Consultants
  • Regular coaching of Beauty Consultants on the shop-floor
  • Develop and lead « Makeup school » workshops, targeting Makeup experts within the team
  • Train and provide support for retailers training staff
  • Train and Coach promoters for specific Trade Activations in the area
  • Take part of key Trade activations as Makeup Artist ambassador for the brand
  • Follow up of Beauty Consultants: provide with ongoing feedbacks on the individual performance of team members
  • Identify new opportunities and potentials in the team to develop the activity

Profile

  • Graduated from a school of makeup or have an excellent makeup level, you are a strong Makeup enthusiast and follow the last and newest trends
  • You have a first asserted experience in coaching and training (Fragrances, Makeup and Skincare) and in developing training tools
  • You have a solid experience (more than 5 years) in Sales, Animations and Coaching in Beauty industry
  • Several and weekly trips on the countries of the area in charge
  • Fluent in English and German, performing daily trainings in both languages (additional language - Turkish, Russian or French, is a plus)
