Your main points

  • AH IM organisation: IM Infrastructure Operations, Applications and Security departments,
  • AH Business: Methods & Tools and Business contracts representatives,
  • AH Security Corporate
  • AH Export Control
  • Supplier and partner IT representatives and key users
  • Airbus Helicopters Customer Centres (22 subsidiaries all around the world)
  • All other Airbus divisions
  • Airbus Procurement department

Required skills

  • At least a five-year degree in IT (or equivalent)
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in an IT operational environment
  • Experience in managing important service deliveries with high levels of complexity and business criticality.
  • Good knowledge of IT technical solutions.
  • Good understanding of business requirements.
  • Experience in change management, driving improvement & innovation.
  • Customer-service oriented and focused on achieving quality deliverables.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills to facilitate collaboration with stakeholders and the management team.
  • Experience in project management and contract management would be a plus
  • Advanced level of English
  • Negotiation level of French.
