Export Credit Agencies Due Diligence (“ECA”) Manager (m/f/d), Toulouse

Tasks

• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence checks including desktop reviews, data analysis and interviews with sales personnel.
• Identify and manage compliance risks, specifically anti-bribery, corruption within export credit files.
• Draft detailed due diligence reports and briefing memos for the General Counsel and CEO to support decision-making.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Law firms, Forensic experts) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide regular input to update and improve process.

Profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in business law or equivalent.
• Proven experience in anti-corruption compliance, ideally within a law firm or an in-house legal department.
• Substantive knowledge of Sapin 2, UK Bribery Act, FCPA and OECD anti-corruption rules and best practices.
• Strong analytical and writing skills required to produce high-level reports and memorandums for Top Management.
• Professional proficiency in French and English (negotiation level is mandatory), knowledge of German is a plus.
