Tasks

  • Risk Management & Prevention: Actively participate in the identification and mitigation of operational risks to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Operational Support: Support the various sectors in implementing EHS regulations and maintaining the continuous compliance of their activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of working conditions and health/safety standards while reducing environmental impacts.
  • Action Planning: Develop recommendations and participate in the creation of strategic action plans to secure the professional environment.
  • Process Guardianship: Act as the guarantor for process adherence, verifying the proper application of EHS requirements and the effectiveness of measures put in place.

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in EHS / ESQ, ideally within a complex industrial environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to obtain acceptance and drive change in contexts involving divergent interests and significant stakes.
  • Problem Solving: Capacity to solve conceptual problems by combining various technical and analytical techniques.
  • Autonomy & Methodology: Ability to determine and implement methods/processes with a high level of proactivity and minimal systematic validation.
