Distribution Channel Manager EMEA (m/f)

Your tasks

• Development of existing and new distribution partners of Electro-Mechanical Motion Control Products within Europe
• Generate growth of sales volume with the support of our Direct Sales Team
• Increase territorial footprint of Electro-Mechanical Motion Control Products within Europe
• Strengthen customer relations and increase revenue as well as customer satisfaction
• Support of our Direct Sales Team by taking care of selected customers and projects in the region
• Develop and implement long term business plans with our KEY distribution partners
• Proactively support marketing activities with Moog team and distributors

Your profile

• Bachelor, Master or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience with complex products
• Experience with Distribution Channel Sales and leading international multifunctional teams
• Fluent Business English as well as one other European language (German, French or Italian)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of business processes and IT tools
• Strong ability to take initiative and work independently
• Willingness to travel
