Tasks

Your main activities will be:

  • Regularly checking the digital tool needs of the Communications team and other Astrium entities;
  • Deploying the correct processes and tools to generate efficient expressions of need;
  • Selecting and managing external service providers (Communication or Web agencies, Software and Computing Services Companies).

You will also ensure, by choice of the external service provider, the capacity to cover widely all digital tools needs:
-Managing the organisation of every project from the brief to the external service provider to delivery, and ensuring that the mission statement and planning are observed:

  • Being in charge of project brief drafting (objectives, targets, design and functional specifications, IT security requirements, hosting, development & CMS, planning, devices)
  • Selecting the external service provider best suited to the request
  • Managing budgets relating to every project and reporting to the Head of New Media
  • Validating the conception, design, production, setting and project delivery phases
  • Measuring with the "customer" the adequacy and results of the delivered product with reference to the initial request

You will produce an active benchmark to propose innovative concepts and solutions, and organise and update the operational and budgetary reporting to the Head of New Media in support of actions implemented.

This role offers the opportunity to acquire a good understanding of the company and its processes and is therefore an occasion for greater development.

Profile

With a Master's degree (business school or university), or similar qualification, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

You have extensive experience in:

  • Communication with digital media (multimedia content, internet design & development) and project management, acquired in a company or an agency,
  • Managing website production for BtB (corporate and/or marketing websites) and across projects in a multicultural environment,
  • Communication/digital agency management and coordination.

You also have in-depth knowledge of production and implementation of digital projects without being a technical specialist.

You are recognised for being able to propose innovative concepts and solutions, with efficient communication skills and interpersonal qualities in an international environment. You are autonomous, entrepreneurial, a driving force and able to show leadership in your projects, with a "customer-oriented" approach.

A negotiation level of French and English is required. A good level of German would be an asset.
