Digital IT Product Manager of TechRequest (m/w/d), Toulouse

Tasks

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle, vision, and go-to-market strategy for the critical TechRequest application (customer case management).
• Translate business needs into a prioritized product backlog in close alignment with the Business Product Owner.
• Accountable for Continuous Release Management and the delivery of IT solutions fulfilling time, cost, and quality standards.
• Partner with architecture teams to propose relevant IT solutions (AWS, Skywise, SAP, COTS) aligned with the global Enterprise Architecture.
• Act as an end-user advocate to secure customer centricity, seamless UX, and high business value for Airlines and MROs.

Profile

• Minimum 10 ans of professional experience in digital product and project management (Cloud/AWS, SAP, Skywise).
• Functional or technical architecture knowledge with proven experience in digital industrialization challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership skills, and ability to drive change in complex environments.
• Advanced level in French and negotiation level in English are required.
