Your assignments

The position is temporary for 2 years.

  • Initiation and management of projects/initiatives aiming for improvement of data quality within clinical databases (EuCliD) and related clinical reporting systems
  • Leverage metrics to assist in shaping the medical strategies
  • Develop and maintain understanding of medical quality using the data analytics to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Develop new medical reports (excel file), extracted from EuCliD at country/clinic level, evaluating final outcome measures including survival curves and other (e.g. the Kaplan Meier curves for different patient clusters).
  • Develop dashboards and data visualization tools to effectively communicate the status of the medical performance status within the organization
  • Ensure the reliability and integrity of data used to measure and analyse medical performance, and in turn to enable informed decisions and actions
  • Regularly detect low medical performing dialysis centres
  • Review and analyse Euclid data to identify causes of deviations on request of EMEA NephroCare physicians
  • Customize the medical reports according specific necessities and requests from the countries
  • Support ad-hoc requests for data and information
  • Support culture of analytic and fact-based decision making

Your profile

  • University degree in Natural Science and/or Statistics or similar
  • Experience in international framework and interdisciplinary projects, preferably in healthcare industries
  • Working experience in data analysing and reporting, visualizing and presenting complex data information
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Excel
