Customer Service Agent (H/F) Fashion, Maastricht

As a contact center professional with Teleperformance you will work at one of our locations in Maastricht, Roermond, Tilburg or Zoetermeer. Together with your colleagues, you will represent a number of well-known brands for which Teleperformance works. Our contact center professionals deal with the customers of 28 different companies. This is not only done by phone but also by email, chat and social media. We serve our customers in seven different languages. Working for Teleperformance is working in an international setting with people of more than 30 different nationalities.

Tasks

• As a customer support advisor it is your daily task to support the online shop.
• This means that your main activities are answering customer care calls, inbound sales calls and answering questions by e-mail.
• You will be answering questions about product information, pricing, shipments and delivery times, return sendings, complaints,...
• You need to be sales-minded but you do not need to sell products yourself or call people.

Profile

• You are fluent in French or German and good in English;
  
• You are an enthusiastic personality with a positive can do attitude.
• To be successful as customer support advisor, you also have sufficient communication and writing skills, and equally strong pc and internet skills
