Hello! We are Telemedi.co – a fast scaling provider of medical teleconsultations. For the last 8 years, we’ve covered more than 20 global markets and our +500 general practitioners conduct +100k consultations a month. We enable 24/7 access to GPs as well as medical specialists and our mission is providing patients with stellar medical care wherever they are and whenever they need it. Telemedi.co provide consultations via 3 main channels: phone, chat and video-calls.
Our services are benefiting insurance, assistance, healthcare and financial companies based in Europe, Middle East, South and North America and include key global players like: AXA, Allianz, Generali, PZU, VIG, Mondial, Europ Assistance, Novartis and many more.
Your tasks
- Build & establish the Telemedico subsidiary, brand and operations in Germany.
- Set commercial strategy and growth plan for DACH region in close cooperation with HQ.
- Drive growth and manage country P&L.
- Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential and target new business opportunities.
- Create and execute local marketing strategy.
- Build and lead local team: hire key staff responsible for sales, customer support, operations, network management.
- Leverage existing business networks and build relationships to generate new business to enhance traction along with further customer development.
- Cross-functional leadership work with HQ stakeholders to drive growth and ensure alignment for regional and global initiatives.
- Utilization of your knowledge of relevant markets, competitors and trends to expand Client base and increase market share.
Your Profile
- Have 7+ years of relevant work experience, with proven enterprise sales experience (preferably in
- insurance or healthcare industry); telemedical experience would be a huge asset.
- Show proactive attitude and being a self-starter with hunter’s mentality who takes strong
- accountability for personal & organizational results.
- Have strong network in German insurance industry.
- Demonstrate people management experience (min. 10 people).
- Show passion for building, leading and inspiring high performing teams.
- Have excellent presentation, negotiations and executive engagement skills along with great
- interpersonal skills with the ability to build long term trusted relationships (internally and externally).
- Be native German-speaker along with proficient business English; other languages (especially Polish,
- Spanish, French, Russian or Italian) would be an asset.
- Experience working with start-up companies is a plus.
