Tereos Starch & Sweeteners Europe delivers responses to the needs of its industrial customers, from nutrition to pharmaceuticals, plant chemistry, animal feed, cosmetics, paper and cardboard.

Tasks

• You are the first contact for customers. You communicate all relevant information to the customers and you make sure that solutions/alternatives are worked out for your accounts.
• You manage the commercial and logistic data in SAP: from commercial contracts to price agreements, product specific and logistical data, customer master data and service level agreements.
• You follow up the forecast consumption and you chase orders with existing customers based upon the sales forecast.
• You receive and register complaints and make sure they are treated by the right person or department in due time.
• You are also in charge of feedback to the customer.

Profile

• You have a higher education (Bachelor).
• You are customer and service oriented; you excel in real communication and you are prepared to develop your commercial feeling
• You are (multiple) systems oriented and keen to learn SAP and other applications
• You are hands on and pragmatic and have a proactive approach
• You like to achieve results in team.
• Mastering languages (up to the level of native tongue) is essential.We are looking for people who are fluently in German and English (French is an advantage)
