Missions
- Develop multi-divisional partnership plan and objectives on key eCom customers: Flaconi, Douglas as focus, others ad hoc
- Make L’Oreal Aus/Ger the preferred partner of choice for our key eCom retailers, unlocking greater support and partnership esp. total beauty ambition, data, Services / Beauty Tech, multidiv events, eComm Media, Supply Chain, Sustainability.
- Lead preparation & provide the frame for key multi-div retailer meetings (multi-divisional hackatons and T2T). Lead and follow-up implementation with key partners
- Lead the eCom retailer tribes to get alignment on multi-div eCom retailer strategy and implementation
- Develop a Service network per retailer type to support building online beauty category
- Develop and share common negotiations insights across retailers (linked to commercial conditions model)
- Develop and implement together with Divisions test and learn plan on new e-business models: social commerce, quick commerce, group buying, D2C models, etc
- Scan market for new innovative partners to create new route to markets and share with Divisions
- Upskilling the divisions on eCommerce expertise through on the job learning, coaching and sharing best practice
Profile
- 5-8 years’ experience, incl. ideally experience as e-commerce Key Account Manager or experience in a e-retailer / Pure Player or DTC
- Open and driver for change & transformation.
- Good experience in managing complex and matrix structures
- Foster trust, collaboration through effective and transparent communication and agile ways of working.
- Digital Expertise. Deep understanding of the e-commerce market, relevant industry trends and business levers (deep knowledge of all distribution channels / retailers / Pure Players)
- Excellent and trusted networker. Advanced communication / negotiation skills
- Business minded, analytical, strategic thinking
- Understanding of managing customer and brand portfolio, P&L know-how and commercial conditions models
- Experience in Business development, identifying / evaluating / driving new business opportunities
