Missions

• Coordinating transversal activities and reporting
• Contributing to the review and local implementation of Compliance procedures in close collaboration with the domain leaders
• Supporting the procedures correspondents of the Territory in mirroring or amending Group procedures where necessary
• Contributing and assisting that the progress monitoring and the provision of updates on Compliance reporting status has been achieved on time and as expected
• Helping with the reporting and associating exercises of the relevant Compliance and Business Line perimeter
• Supporting in organizational preparation and participation in events

Profile

• Economics or law degree or successfully completed banking education with relevant banking qualifications
• Desired professional experience in risk management, compliance or internal audit, knowledge and experience in the banking industry and their products
• Working proactively and independently at own level, implementing work processes, ideas and solutions and taking initiatives when required
• Focusing on the prevention of mistakes regarding information utilized or delivered to guarantee precise, accurate and thorough information
• Handling information, recognizing links, identifying trends, similarities or differences, translating the information into relevant analyses and interpreting them to establish a diagnostic
• Can express themselves spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations
