Tasks

• Drive the end-to-end procurement activity for the sealant portfolio across all Airbus Commercial programs, plants, and Business Units, including market intelligence, tendering, and contract execution.
• Lead Multifunctional/Multidivisional teams throughout the tendering and contract life cycle, and build strategic, long-term relationships with your suppliers.
• Manage risks, claims (e.g., single source, obsolescence), and day-to-day supplier relationships to optimize customer value while minimizing the total cost of ownership.
• Negotiate Cooperation Research Agreements with suppliers and internal stakeholders during the innovation, development, serial, and support phases.
• Support the AOP process with the Multifunctional team by identifying budget and resource needs for year N+1 projects, and monitor the progress of funded projects.

Profile

• Minimum 5-years experience as a buyer (project management experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to step back and get the big picture whilst deep diving into project details, demonstrating an adaptable, autonomous, and team-oriented mindset.
• English is the main language; French or German are a plus.
