Key responsibilities
The Global Account & Business Development Manager will have two main responsibilities:
- To develop global business with one of our strategic Key Account Distributors, from operational to top management level, and from an international perspective (focus on Europe). As a Global Account Manager, you will bring PPE expertise and coordinate Key Account End-Users' activities through this KAD with the objective to drive long term sales results. The GAM will work with sales, marketing / product management and several support teams, and show KAD leadership and guidance towards Delta Plus country managers.
- You will have business development accountability for customers in Germany. As a Business Development Manager, you shall visit German distributors and work with a dedicated sales administration assistant for ordering and customer services.
The role will involve
- Achieving targeted sales goals (turnover, margin, mix-product).
- Meeting various business objectives related to customer satisfaction, winning new businesses, implementing corporate actions, quality of reporting ...
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Traveling up to 50% (domestic and international).
He/She will report to the KAD Director who also holds a position of Regional MD.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of Business Development and/or Global Account Management.
- Minimum 10-year sales experience in B2B environment.
- Deep knowledge of PPE or related end-user industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English, German and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with data analysis and use of a CRM tool.
