V.I.E. Business Application Support (H/F), Erdweg

U-Shin, global Japanese company founded in 1926 and specialized in access mechanisms systems for vehicle and control panels, is an automotive part supplier which provides robust, reliable, competitive and innovative solutions to meet expectations of most demanding customers all around the world.

Missions

• The VIE will support the SAP and EDI (electronic data interchange) landscape for the site.
• SAP Basis-Administration (transport requests, User Management, Job maintenance, Queries, Customizing, Mass upload).
• Maintenance of the purchase request workflow.
• EDI & WebEDI: communication with our EDI provider for creating new partner connection, update mapping, follow implementation of new EDI standard message requested by partner, tests in SAP, error analysis.
• User Support for our business needs (intrastat, tariff preferences, TSB application for Audi/VW, 24 hours service …)
• EDI monitoring in SAP
• Optimization, tests and documentation of processes
• Key users support and training
• The VIE will take part actively to the Migration to ECC6 version by supporting the key-users from each department.

Profile

• We are looking for candidates who are motivated to work in a flexible automotive environment, fully oriented on the customer needs (internal and external) and results oriented.
• Autonomous, rigorous and team worker, you have a Master degree or equivalent (ideally in Information sciences).
• To be fluent in English is mandatory. German would be an asset.
• You have significant knowledge of SAP. SQL would be much appreciated.
