Mission & Responsabilites

  • Develop and execute brand/market value proposition and communications strategies, roadmaps that enhance brand awareness, relevancy and loyalty by delivering solutions-based content and services using all relevant mediums
  • Guide and partner with global market managers, regional and country marketing communications managers, commercial operations and external agencies to ensure all brand communications tactics and messages are consistent with the enterprise purpose, brand and market objectives and strategies;
  • Manage all aspects of relevant brand communications to deliver on-time and on-budget Brand communication materials. Ensure agency resources are delivering best in class communicationsin a cost and time efficient manner.
  • Support the Head of Marketing Excellence in ensuring that global branding professional projects and budgets are implemented according to business priorities and needs (taking into consideration the very complex brand heritage for the assigned professional Market Segments).
  • Manage BES Trademark portfolio in assigned professional market segments ensuring best protection, renewal process & cost effective management of Trademarks.
  • Steer company global naming process for key launches in collaboration with Global Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing Manager, ensuring best protection and timely spread.
  • Responsible for Environmental Science Professional Guidelines of Brand Architecture Strategy implementation in the assigned market segments ensuring alignment & consistency throughout the company for the respective segments.
  • Evaluate continually the relevance of communications tools, and notable advancements in relevant technologies especially in the Digital area. Adopt them within ES to disseminate information and provide training for internal and agency audiences.
  • Contribute to Bayer Identity Net strategy implementation
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and guidelines by collaborating with Corporate communications, global branding, legal and regulatory

Qualifications

  • Master degree education in communications / branding /marketing.
  • 5 years Brand communication /Brand Management experience.
  • Deep understanding and state of the art brand communications processes & tools.
  • Manage complex multi-national networks.
  • Possess the ability to synthetize and to communicate complex, technical subject in a clearly structured and effective manner.
  • Project Management, creativity and networking skills
  • Sound Experience in dealing with Communications, Branding agency management.
