To fulfil its international ambition, Kiss The Bride is building a talented account team that will be leading the day by day relationship with the international clients of the agency.

This is an exciting role for an experienced and ambitious marketing professional with a strong agency background to become the go-to, client-facing Account Manager working with a multi-disciplinary team of marketing, communication and technology specialists.

The role will require successfully managing European programmes for international clients in the automotive and distribution sectors. The position is based at Kiss The Bride’s Lyon head office.

Detailed job description

Directly reporting to a Business Director, the successful candidate will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Manage multiple German/English speaking accounts
  • Manage and build strong relationships with the key stakeholders at client side
  • Manage the marketing deliverables on scope, on time and on budget within stringent quality criteria
  • Lead and drive the pool of specialists that work on the programmes he/she is accountable for (data, web, mobile, creative, customer service). Organize their work plan, set and manage priorities
  • Understand, drive and control every step of the operational project management
  • Understand, measure and deliver against the key metrics defined with the clients
  • Look for ways to improve the day-by-day management of the programmes he/she is accountable for
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities on the accounts he/she is accountable for
  • Take an active part in developing the existing accounts and implementing new projects on new clients
  • Manage the budgets on the accounts he/she is accountable for
  • Coordinate a team of Account Executives

Candidate Profile

  • Native or bilingual knowledge of German AND English is a mandatory requirement. French would be a plus
  • Track record and experience at Account Manager level in an agency environment or client side marketing experience within an industrial sector
  • Experience of working on international marketing and communication programmes
  • A solid understanding of data and marketing technology trends – e.g. marketing automation, single customer view, digital marketing
  • An insightful and strategic approach to using data and technology to enhance customer relationship
  • Self-starter, proactive and a great team player
