B2C eCommerce Manager Europe (m/f), Leinfelden-Echterdingen
Missions
- Develop digital marketing and sales strategy focusing on IT solutions and business processes for all B2C eCommerce touchpoints in Europe
- Rollout eCommerce solutions with end-to-end responsibility, i.e. preparing business cases, defining business requirements, coordinate IT test management, enablement of key users, hyper care support and active stakeholder management after launch
- Conduct benchmarking and KPI performance management to continuously optimize eCommerce operations
- Management of rollout team with resource planning, staffing and strategy for near-/off-shore, in-/outsourcing
- Support pricing and promotions approach of sales to ensure commercial success of selling platforms
- Establish solutions to generate customer insights to optimize user segmentation, personas and personalization of marketing campaigns
- Define online marketing concept for SEO/SEA eCommerce touchpoints
- Create and implement basic content guideline (PIM) to increase conversion in alignment with global project team
- Improve IT operations and support concept with in-/external IT service provider
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, sales or marketing, ideally in an international organization
- University/college degree in economics, marketing or other related field
- Deep knowledge about new digital trends and capabilities for online sales channels
- Strong project management skills with motivating attitude
- Fluent English knowledge and excellent communication skills on all hierarchies levels, extrovert personality
- Openness to work in an international organization and willingness to drive digital transformational
- Willingness to travel (~25%)
