Mission

The Senior Recruitment Business Partner will be in charge of:

  • Turning the business & competence strategy into a recruiting strategy and building proactive recruiting plan to address critical talent gaps
  • Ensuring end-to-end recruitment process within his/her portfolio by helping the organization assess and select talent for both today’s and tomorrow’s business needs and ultimately creating competitive advantage in ATR
  • Coordinating recruitment activities to support the Head of People Development & Resourcing, Leadership & Digital

Profile

We are looking for a:

  • Passionate & Experienced Recruiter in Aeronautical industry
  • Recognized for your relationship skills, assertiveness and your ability to communicate with various stakeholders externally & internally within a multi-cultural environment
  • Client-oriented with an Innovative mindset and have good project management knowledge
  • Fluent in English and French
