Assistant to the New Media Department (m/f), Les Mureaux (Dpt. 78)

You will be the assistant for the new Media department within Astrium Space Transportation, this position is based in Les Mureaux (78), for a duration of 6 months.

Mission

Your main task will be to provide administrative support to New Media Manager and the Communication team based in Les Mureaux.

As an assistant, you will have to oversee all administrative functions related to the efficient operation of the office, and performs all secretarial duties including :

• The planning management of New Media Manager;
• Meetings set up, invitations and all reservations;
• The trips organisation : flights, hotels, taxis, reimbursement of the travel expenses;
• Welcoming visitors;
• Calling filtration;
• Keeping up updated weekly worklist on audiovisual activity.

You will also have to assist the audiovisual activity.

You will coordinate reporting documents for New Media activity, and manage photographs work orders for shootings, you will be the internal focal point for specific photos request, and you will have to integrate all videos and photos in the libraries CMS.

You will be the contatct with the photo library supplier, and you will have interaction within an international environment.

Profile

With a Bachelor degree, you gained more than 3 years of experience on a similar position as an assistant or secratary.

A very good English level is expected for this position, good knowledge in German would be appreciated.

You have good practice of the Microsoft Pack-office good, and you gained experience to use applications CMS (photo library, video library).
