Missions

• Understanding and analysis of clients’ financing needs/strategy
• Contribution to the origination, structuring, execution and distribution of commercial real estate loans
• Development of risk adequate financing structures, based on financial modeling, cash flow analysis and comparables
• Conduct research, market and company analyses
• Performance of credit analysis (including due diligence process), compilation of credit request and coordination of internal stakeholders
• Monitoring of portfolio files including internal reporting

Profile

• Master degree equivalent in Economics or Finance
• Relevant professional experience in real estate finance
• Detailed knowledge of the relevant legal aspects of real estate transactions and real estate financing including security packages under German law
• Familiarity with loan documentation under LMA in English language incl. ability to prepare independently term sheets in English language and ensure loans are structured to be eligible for cover pool for Pfandbriefe
• Good knowledge of the basics of property valuation incl. DCF method, vacant possession value and mortgage lending value
• Ability to set up criteria to define and analyze risk levels
• Ability to work and collaborate with others as well as to identify clients’ needs and provide them with an appropriate solution
• Fluent skills In German and English
