The Affiliate Manager position in brief

Responsible for managing international affiliate programs on multiple affiliate networks, build and maintain a strong relationship with regional top-tier affiliates and manage effective, result driven merchant communication. This will involve affiliate recruiting and daily program management as well as reviewing affiliate sites and ensure they adhere to guidelines.

Areas of responsibility

  • Manage the affiliate programs of international top brands
  • Recruitment of new affiliates and end to end affiliate management
  • Negotiation on all new affiliate activity
  • Maintain current affiliate relationships and attract new affiliates
  • Develop and implement the overall Affiliate strategy and tactics, to significantly increase
  • traffic and results for our clients
  • Manage all aspects of the affiliate relationship, ensuring growth and loyalty including
  • managing payment of commissions
  • Consult with existing affiliates in identifying their individual needs and in helping them draw
  • traffic to their site
  • Inform (phone, email, web site) affiliates of ongoing and upcoming promotions, and on
  • occasion, develop customized incentives to motivate affiliates to participate
  • Develop a targeted, tiered list of prospective affiliates to work with and put together a
  • sales and marketing plan on how to attract and retain them
  • Analysis and regularly report on program performance

Experience

  • Online Marketing / Online industry experience an advantage
  • Experience in managing an affiliate program preferred
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Creative problem solver and team player

Prerequisite

  • Native speaking background and English fluently
  • Use of Office tools (especially good working experience on spreadsheets Excel)
