Tasks

• Lead Zero Defect and consumer complaint reduction initiatives
• Analyze quality data, consumer complaints, and process performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Drive root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions
• Improve powder quality, product performance, and reconstitution characteristics
• Optimize manufacturing processes, process capability, and quality control systems
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Quality, Manufacturing, R&I, and Engineering teams
• Develop and harmonize testing methodologies, standards, and monitoring systems
• Build quality capabilities and promote a proactive continuous improvement culture

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field
• Professional experience in quality, manufacturing, or process engineering, preferably in the food or powder manufacturing industry
• Proven ability to lead improvement projects and solve complex technical challenges
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent written and spoken English and German
