Your tasks

  • You'll prepare data from various internal and external sources, ensuring its quality and transforming it into insightful reports and visualizations with a keen eye for design that captivates our stakeholders.
  • You'll support the development and automation of reports and dashboards, providing different departments with clear visibility into key performance indicators.
  • You'll play an active role in building a central data repository and efficiently integrating various data sources.
  • You'll analyze data flows (source-to-target) and conduct gap analyses to ensure a consistent and future-proof data landscape.
  • You'll contribute your ideas to data projects and provide support in project management.
  • You'll create compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex information in a clear and visually engaging way.
  • You'll help us enhance data literacy across the company by supporting stakeholder communication (e.g., presentations, newsletters, SharePoint content).
  • You'll help us bring data to life, inspiring everyone with the possibilities of our tools and data and demonstrating how to best integrate data into daily workflows.

Your Profile

  • Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, statistics, business analytics or comparable course of study
  • You have already gained initial experience in the field of business / data intelligence, reporting, analytics in the context of internships, working student work
  • You have basic knowledge of programming (e.g. Python, SQL), database modeling and data visualization (Microsoft PowerBI is an advantage)
  • You have a high affinity for IT as well as a strong interest in BI technologies as well as strong analytical skills
  • A high degree of customer orientation, independence, motivation and a hands-on mentality are among your strengths
  • You have good written and spoken German and English skills
