Tasks & accountabilities

Your exciting tasks:

• Calculation / -administration of prices and their salary-related components of temporary labour in Germany
• Administration of price agreements with service providers: dispatch, follow-up of confirmations, archiving,
• Updating frame agreements, administration of new agreements
• Updating supplier data lists
• Following-up supplier competence data base
• Launching calls for tender and -communicating results to internal customers
• This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

• Enrolled full time student within Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Procurement or similar field of study
• Good mastery of MS Office tools
• English: Fluent
• German: fluent
• It is an advantage if you also speak French or Spanish
• You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
