As part of our global Strategy Community, you will work hand in hand with our managers to bring various initiatives to life and gain valuable insight into our business.

• You will assist to drive and promote open innovation. Hereby you can bring in your own ideas and experiences and will work on a concept to boost innovation within our company
• You will support our team in the development of a tool for the monitoring and reporting of our strategy KPI’s
• Furthermore, you will help us to ramp up our knowledge management to ensure scalable and reusable portfolio
• Moreover, you will be involved in establishing various strategic initiatives
• Your additional responsibilities will include assisting the team with trend research and technologies, as well as ad-hoc topics

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

• You are currently a student of Information Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, Innovation Management or any comparable subject area
• Ideally, you are highly interested in Innovation Management and gained experience with Business-Intelligence-Tools (e.g. Tableau)
• Your MS-Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, are at an advanced level, VBA is a plus
• Experience with Data Modeling and Data Analysis is beneficial
• You enjoy working in a virtual, dynamic and international environment
• Very good written and oral English skills are required, German skills would be an asset
