Your responsibilities
- Planning of the promotion sales forecast in coordination with sales
- Cross-functional coordination with the areas of marketing, supply chain, sales, controlling and purchasing;
- Creation of analyzes, reports and action plans to track and improve business-relevant KPIs
- Manage the entire promotion process from the first rough quantity planning to detailed planning for each customer, tracking invoices and post-event analyzes with the aim of ensuring optimal planning quality
- Gatekeeper of the internal promotion processes and promotion rules as well as the defined promotion timings with the help of different tools
- Analysis and control of the customer's inventory to reduce inventory and returns;
- Tracking of the in and out listing process
- Project Management: set up the promo sales planning structure in the Logocos environment

About you
- Successfully completed business administration degree or degree in economics / engineering / mathematics, if possible with a supply chain or sales focus
- First professional experience in the FMCG branch or in the supply chain area
- Fluent in English and German
- Communication and assertiveness
- Analytical thinking and creativity
- Enthusiasm, resilience and team spirit
- In-depth user knowledge in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Independence, organizational skills and flexibility
- Project management skills and business acumen
- Courage to take responsibilities and test&learn approach.
