Your main missions
- Order purchased parts from their suppliers
- Order other material for logistics including transport coordination
- Every day physically checks the status of the BOP warehouse within its routine
- Checks supplies and stocks of BOP parts from their suppliers
- Check inventory levels for regular inventories
- Be responsible for the stock of purchased parts
- Be responsible for deliveries from suppliers according to individual manifests
- Refresh segmentation for BOP items
- Create manifests and send them to all suppliers
- Stocks and Coverage (BOM) monitors on a daily basis
- Be actively involved in reducing JNI (Just Needed Inventory)
- Monitor the costs of extraordinary transports
The mission will last 12 months.
Profile
- Master's degree in engineering or logistics
- Experience in production in an industrial environment
- International mind set, overseas experience a plus
- Fluent in English
