Your tasks and responsibilities

• Conduct financial data consolidation for worldwide investment projects & needs (Google Workspace, Excel and SAP).
• Maintain the worldwide used Google Drive for the SDP & CapEX (Capital Expenditures) process.
• Support and interface with the local and the international CapEx network.
• Support the SDP for global sites and customer centers.
• Support the CapEx management processes for Airbus Helicopters Donauwörth and Customer Centers.
• Manage MoM with relevant action list for CapEx committees in due time.
• Support the development of and administer data sharing, consolidation and reporting tools.
• Conduct Investment Controlling activities.

Desired skills and qualifications

• University degree (Master) in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar.
• first practical experience within related operations/tasks.
• experience in finance controlling function (Data management, analysis and reporting).
• experience within Project Management.
• programming skills (App Script in Google Workspace).
• good knowledge in Google Workspace, MS Office beneficial and SAP (desirable).
• good communication skills and team spirit.
• English negotiation level and willingness to learn German.
