Tasks

• Analysis of customer databases relating to customer line and warranty returns
• Analysis of the data from the plant relating to customer line and warranty returns
• Creation of analyses to the situation of customer line and warranty returns
• Creation of reporting for the customer service VUS
• Creation of status reports about warranty PDCA's
• Analysis of OES sales in cooperation with sales department
• Analysis of charges by customer in cooperation with finance department
• Analysis of customer vouchers in cooperation with finance department

Additional tasks

• Implementation of the central warranty database at VUS
• Support of the customer service staff members in case of customer information
• Direct reporting to the Division Quality Director

• Technical studies, knowledge in statistics required
• Young professional
• Pleasure in data and statistics
• Very good excel know ledges (VBA-Basic expert)
• Experiences in databases
• Knowledge in internet/intranet
• Besides of the listed duties is the holder of position engaged to fulfil tasks on orders of the line manager, which are characteristically to his/her job
