Mains Tasks

• Analysis of plant warranty and 0km customer line return data
• Technical analysis of customer warranty data and priorization of issues
• Support analysis of warranty claims and preparation of PDCA/FTA documents
• Support failure analysis at customer or dealer site
• Perform customer trainings
• Prepare an support regular warranty meetings with customers
• Follow up defined actions within R&D teams and projects

• Monthly reporting to R&D director of VUS division
• Participation to Warranty_QRQC

• Department manager Electronic Systems VUS

Profile

• Technical engineering degree, statistical background
• 2-3 years experience in Electronic Hardware development
• Fluent English, German

• Very experienced in using Excel and VBA
• Data base programming
• Office tools
• Willingness to travel
