Based in Frankfurt, you will work within a team of 6-7 people, who deals with settlements on the German Market and calculation of transaction fees.

Your role

As a Trustee Officer, you will be in charge of the following assignments:

Control and calculation of our funds

• Understand the service requested,
• Calculate the NAV received from the Fund Accountant,
• Control the Asset and the liability of the funds,
• Extract the prices from Bloomberg, Reuters...,
• Analyze the discrepancies if necessary
• Reconcile the transactions and portfolio from our system, with Fund accountant system

Act as a Paying Agent

• contact with the counterpart,
• collect orders,
• send the orders to Paris via the inhouse system.

Your profile

• Graduate from a Business School, or University (two-years Master's degree), with a major in Finance, you already have a good knowledge of excel.
• You are fluent in German and have good written English skills. You are conversant with Excel, Word, Access and VBA.
• Recognized for your good verbal and written communication skills, you are systematically in search of quality.
• Reliable, you show good practical skills which enable you to understand the information promptly.
• Moreover, you are able to work on your own and in a team, in a stressful environment.
