The subsidiary “Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions Germany GmbH” is the Leading Center for all “Lurgi” Technologies and provides competitive engineering capabilities to other E&C centers and our customers.
The HR team in Frankfurt consists of 7 employees. 1 HRD, 2 (Senior) HR Business Partner, 1 Head of Mobility, 1 Head of Comp & Benefit, 1 HR Manager, 1 HR Specialist. You will work close together with the Manager - Talent Management & Organizational Development of E&C Poland in Krakow.
Mission description
- Support local HR projects (eg. HAY benchmarking, job descriptions, 360° leadership feedback)
- Organizing local learning activities/ training sessions
- Providing support to employees in Learning Management System (LMS) and Talent Management System (TMS)
- Participation in Qualification Management
- Update HR Intranet for E&C Frankfurt - Krakow
- Participation in HR Initiatives linked to the reorganization
Candidate profile
Graduation in economic engineering, business management (focus HR) or social sciences Key competencies / required qualifications:
- skills in human resources management
- affinity for online tools
- basic knowledge in project management
- training skills
- Have good organising and problem solving skills
- Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail
- Be able to use databases and spreadsheets
- Respect the importance of confidentiality, as you will be dealing with employees' personal data
- Have very good spoken and written communication skills
Offer
- Du 01 septembre 2018 au 01 septembre 2019 (pour 12 mois)
- REMUNERATION MENSUELLE : 1939€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)
