V.I.E. System Engineer for hydraulics, Bremen

Tasks

The vacant position seeks for a hydraulic system engineer being in charge of R&T projects and the transfer into new products. In this context your responsibilities will include:

• Follow R&T projects within the aircraft control / hydraulic perimeter
• Steering and management of project partners and subcontracted Universities
• Preparing technical reports as basis for strategic decisions
• Participation to standardization work to represents Airbus interests
• Support verification and validation of running programs
• Defining, developing and integrating Hydraulic systems to
• match the required safety & performance level according to
• Airbus Systems Engineering processes. Focused management of interfaces with all endusers.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in fluid- and thermodynamics or equivalent
• English: fluent/negotiation level is mandatory
• Basic German knowledge appreciated
• First experience in project or process management is appreciated
• Previous experience in working abroad (internships, working students jobs, student exchange program)
• Previous experience in Germany is a plus but not mandatory
• Good communication skills Strongly team-minded
• Capability of working in an international environment
