V.I.E Supply Planning (m/f/d), Munich

Missions

• Monitoring of stocks and in-transit shipments
• Validation of short and mid-term production plans
• Projection of stock coverage for Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Managing a balanced inventory that suits defined target values while ensuring availability
• Promotion, renovation, and innovation planning and follow-up
• Close collaboration with key stakeholders and supply points
• Development of digital tools to improve visibility and drive actions linked to Supply Planning activities
• Reporting maintenance and animation within the team and cross-departments
• Start would be in April 2022, Limited to 12 months in Haar near Munich.

Profile

• Successfully completed Master’s in Business Administration with focus on Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
• Initial professional experience through internships, ideally in a relevant sector
• Flexible, resilient, determined, agile thinker and able to challenge
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships easily and foster collaboration with other functions
• Strong analytical skills without losing big picture
• Fluent use of Office applications (mostly Excel), APO/SAP knowledge is a plus, PowerBI/PowerQuery is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, German is a plus
