V.I.E. Supply Chain and Quality Operational Manager, Hamburg

Mission

In this context your main activities will include:

• supporting the qualification of Electrics standard Parts supplier / product in Hamburg
• coordinate all new Product Introduction actors to support new products/ supplier qualification
• Updating and maintaining all related database and interfacing between the procurement and the purchasing teams in Hamburg and the procurement operation supply chain electrics team (Supply Chain and Operational Managers (SOM's) and data management team).

Furthermore you will support the procurement operation supply chain project team on quality topics management as Quality Survey Review (QSR) process procedure dedicated to electrics to be raised, eQSR tool updating in consequence for all programs, support to the SOM's in QSR management, follow-up and closure, support to the SOM's in Non-Conformances management, follow-up and closure.

You will also support the project logistics rules improvement for A350 Raceway Tyco:

• Definition of work breaks down structure with associated planning, coordination with all actors internally and externally (supplier), validation and presentation
• Delivery conditions / direct shipment to FAL's: definition of WBS with associated planning, coordination with all actors internally and externally (supplier), validation and optimisation of the process

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or Quality Management
• First work experience in Project Management, Supply Chain or Quality Management would be a plus
• Very good communication and team working skills are required
• Very good MS office skills
• Fluency in English; Good German language skills would be a plus
