Your role

As a Sales Marketing Assistant, you will report to the managing director for commercial activity. More precisely, you will:

• Do market research on target names/segments
• Help updating/tayloring presentations
• Help monitor cost & revenue budget 
• Provide administrative support 
• Liaise with product areas (Fund Admin, Custody, Issuer 
• Services, Liquitidy Management, etc.) to design solutions for prospects during a sales process
• Support events (planning & execution)
• Support the team while they are on the road / not in the  office
• Produce GCT reporting in terms of meetings planned & held, call reports, activity levels, etc.

Your profile

• Graduate from Business School or University with a major in Business Administration, you ideally have a first experience in Financial Sector, Sales or Customer Relationship Management and a basic understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
• You have an excellent level of MS Office applications.
• You are fluent in English and German.
• Reliable and quality-oriented, you are someone tenacious and quality-oriented.
• Furthermore, open-mindedness with a client-driven approach, you can easily communicate with customers.
