V.I.E. Sales and purchasing controler, Hagenbach

Tasks

• Work closely with Sales and purchasing controller and the purchasing team
• Ensure reliability of actual and forecast figures in monthly reporting
• Contribute to identify and analyse variances between actual, forecast and budget figures
• Contribute to elaboration of Mid Term Plan, budget and forecasts
• Contribute to elaboration of monthly results presentation
• Contribute to special projects (change in IT systems, focus on cash and payment terms)
• Contribute to the standardisation and development of sales Controlling and reporting
• Contribute to improvement of reporting files and methods 
• The V.I.E will start as soon as possible for 12 months with extension possibility to 24.

Profile

• Business education with a degree in finance
• First experience in controlling,
• knowledge of use of standards in the industry a plus
• Computer literate, very good knowledge of Excel and ability to work in complex IT environment 
• Solid accounting knowledge
• Team player
• Fluency in English mandatory and good knowledge of German would be a plus
