Tasks

• Handle and oversee the complete customer prototype order process.
• Negotiate/ inform delivery datas to customer
• Offer customer solutions ref. prototype orders with ref. to delivery or alternative concepts
• Internally communicate customer wishes and/or changes in demand
• Manage, input & update of pricing and specific customer conditions in the system
• Control & check customer pricing documentation and if necessary reject them make a claim to the customer
• Cross-check & follow up of customer overdues & disputes : internally and with the customer
• Support of the Account Managers in preparing quotes and other communication to customers
• Collect specific customer related information from internal departments (costs, delivery dates, quality information etc.)

Profile

Candidate's profile needed:

• ideally degree in Business Administration
• fluent in French and English mandatory good German language skills useful
• MS office and SAP knowledge / experience
• good communication skills
