Missions

Contribute to develop and industrialize products in the scope of innovations, renovations / productivity projects, applying Danone innovation processes and tools in close relationship with the plant and cross functional team:

• Develop recipes for line extension, in collaboration with suppliers based on a project brief
• Run product implementation of innovations / renovations / productivity projects: prepare and run industrial tests, coordinate samples follow up, data consolidation and IT report, prepare product specification and organize launch follow ups from first production
• Being the R&I representative in a project from the implementation phasis through enriching and following risk analysis during industrial scale up
• Ensure proper documentation for launch
• Build a good relationship / network within your ecosystem

Profile

• Successfully completed studies and initial practical experience within the food industry
• Basic technical knowledge
• Good knowledge about MS Office applications
• High level of autonomy, as well as flexibility and agility
• Team spirit and a collaborative mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge in German in word and writing and proficient English language skills
