Tasks

Your main activities include:

• Supervising the quality of services carried out by suppliers in charge of the production environment of standard end user devices. 
• Delivering technical validation for non-standard requests or suggesting alternative solutions. 
• Follow-up to the suppliers to speed up the solution of an incident or the installation of a device if needed. 
• Taking part in projects impacting end user devices by providing your practical knowledge.
• Providing information to end users about schedule of delivery or incident solution.
• Giving explanations and advises about the catalogue of standard devices.

Due to frequent contact with end users and the advice provided, you permanently preserve the essential relationship between ICT and the Business. By the delivery of KPIs and the check of quality of service during weekly meetings with the suppliers, you assume end user satisfaction concerning the installation and the support of his/her devices.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Master/Bachelor in Computer Science, Business Administration specialized in Information Systems or equivalent
• General knowledge of Information Systems and Information Technology 
• Good communication and team working skills
• German and English: fluent
• Mobility for regular travels to Toulouse
